Service à la clientèle

If you are considering outsourcing your 1st level support desk, we can help!

  • Bilingual (English/French) Help Desk

  • We can support standard or proprietary applications

  • Help Desk for end-user remote desktop support

  • Call Centre for work orders (IMACs)

  • Call Center for Break-fix tickets (Service Requests)

All calls are answered Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm EST (except on statutory holidays) and a voice mail outside of these hours, will be responded to within half an hour.

All Help Desk incidents and work orders are logged and managed

Customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as daily/weekly/monthly reports are provided as required for the Help Desk services.
